My name is Sondra Hawrylak, and I believe that the most meaningful parts of life are the people we share it with. Family and friends are at the heart of who I am, and I value relationships that are built on kindness, loyalty, and genuine connection.
I spent 10 years as a flight attendant with Spirit Airlines, where I had the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life, travel to different places, and develop strong skills in customer service, communication and staying calm under pressure. That experience taught me adaptability, patience and the importance of making others feel welcome and cared for. When Spirit Airlines closed its doors, I found myself trying to figure out what my next career path would be. In other words, what do I want to be when I grow up. Low and behold, I met Angie Box. We talked in great lengths about this incredible company she had started and of course I was intrigued. Loving the fact that her hiring practices may be just the thing for me. Hiring people with little or no experience in this industry, she has been able to train her staff to do what this company does best. I am absolutely thrilled to be a part of this process.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, anything outdoors and am a devoted dog lover. I am married to a wonderful guy and together we share 3 children…or 5…depending on whether or not you count the dogs!
